"Bird" test chart, where to get another ?

I recently lost one of my test charts and can't find where to get another at like it.
It is the one with the Bird on the front, called a "Great Titmouse" .
On the back says Sharp copier test chart, has a panda bear, some script, and a boy playing soccer at the bottom.
I have many others of course, but liked to use this one for certain things you know, any help appreciated, thanks.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

What is so good about this chart?

I have a precisionroller and katun chart. I like the katun the best. One side color the other side black and white.
What do you like about the sharp chart?

It's a funny thing about test charts. You get used to looking at a certain image, and you can identify quality problems more quickly. Many of the Sharp test charts are totally worthless. No focus bars, no 1/2 tones, no registration arrows. As a matter of fact, if you're trying to hide a quality flaw, most Sharp test charts are perfect.

My personal favorite is the Sel-Drum test chart with the Space Shuttle on the center, and the text on the back. There's nothing wonderful about it, I suppose. It was just the first, and I did most of my learning from it.
