Nope, Mx-230FU is for Mx-2310 copier, MX-260FU is for the MX-2610 & MX-3110, MX-360FU is for MX-3610 copiers. There is no fuser unit updated part# for the blackpin modified fusers.

Should there be a way to swap both fusers? At the outside i can't see a difference, and you only get a fault code.
I know the belt for the mx-260Fu is another partnumber, but that's it. Bit difficult then to visually make the difference.

I cannot speak for the 2610/3610 but I know the 4111 and 5111 are the same fuser EXCEPT for the harness. I mark these with a marker as there is no visual way to tell the two apart. A 4111 fuser in a 5111 will generate an immediate H2-02. One of these days I will try swapping the harnesses and see if they can be used both ways....

Just wondered if anyone had found a visual difference between the 2 fusers? I have a few of these units but am unsure as to which of the 2 machines it fits???

            Thanks in Advance

I may be mistaken but I think there is a difference in the cleaning rollers. If I remember correct the rollers are of different lengths. Not sure which is which off the top of my head and do not have any to look at currently.

You are right the 26/31 ppm have a longer shaft on the oil supply roller with a gear attached. Would be a quick way to tell the difference between the 23ppm and those.
