    Sharp MX-M350N w FX-12

It has been awhile since we have played w these. This unit is scanning each document at the speed at which they are received at the other end. Is there a way to have this unit quick scan so that the customer does not have to wait by the machine for minutes ? Firmware upgrade possibly ?

    Thanks,

    Dan

Is your customer using manual transmission or memory transmission? It sounds like manual transmission to me. If yes, why? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

sound like your customer press "speaker" before send the documents.try to input the fax no. without press speaker then press start key, and you will know how fun with the machine.
