    Sharp Electrical Diagrams

Anyone got a cheat sheet for the electrical diagrams for Sharp machines.

I am having trouble finding proper descriptions for things such as +18V-MON or +24VPR and the like for the pins in the Sharp manuals.

Anyone have a sheet with this information on it.

I have the manuals (Just4Manuals no need to post here ) but just need help interpreting those numbers.

    Re: Sharp Electrical Diagrams

If you're familiar with Sharp manuals, the "SM" manuals are service manuals, "PG" are parts guides, and "CD" are circuit diagrams. The best you can hope for is in the circuit diagrams which are incomplete at best.

Maybe if you provided a little more detail, perhaps we could help you puzzle it out? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Stick to the wiring diagrams and I/O signals.
If you try to repair the board, I can attest that the CDs are not accurate.
I tried to chase a signal with an O-scope and I couldn't trace it according to the diagram in the manual.
      Stick to board swap.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

I mostly figured it out. Need a new DC P/S PWB for a brand new MXM753N. So annoying to install a machine, it works for half an hour and then it won't even power up. Tracing signals I, with the help of our more senior tech, figured it out that the AC P/S PWB was working fine and that the PCU PWB had power form it but not from the DC board.

Of course we install the biggest machines into our territory the day before my birthday and then they go completely sour on my birthday so I get to hash around with this machines while the customer sits and marvels at the stupidity of the situation. I guess I now know to 'burn' in boards by keeping the machines plugged in and on for at least 24 hours prior to install.
