sorry about the lack of information on original post cellphones can be hard to type with
the copier has firmware version n3.00.do doo
the problem only exist printing pdfs from adobe acrobat x so far, tried foxit reader and prints fine, txt files and copying also print fine
tried both pcl6 and pcl5e drivers from sharps website, the latest
tried different pdfs, all done from pc and files i use all the time in the shop to run up machines 350n, 355n, 620, bc 320, mx4501 etc
so pc and pdfs have never displayed garbled print/compresed black blocks before
the copier is used, could possibly tell cust to print pdfs as image but i know something is not working right
i enclose a sample, look at the upper right corner by number 6 you can see the black lines they look like line/blocky/digital
      thanks for any input
are there newer firmware files, this seems like something fixed in software

Personally, I do not like Adobe X. If the issue is only from Adobe X, downgrade back to version 9. Also, the print as image setting should work in this instance. I have seen it correct similar printing issues.

The problem is within Adobe X, not the print drivers. If you search for prints with black lines while using Adobe X you shall find alot of information stating it's a problem with adobe and not any one type of physical printer or driver.
