Should I order a laser or does this happen occaisionally?

I've never had a false laser error on an Andromeda, or any other Sharp. I've had the error clear for a short time (a few days, to a week), but always ended up changing out the laser. 95% of the time it doesn't clear even momentarily.
Is that what you wanted? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Blackcat is correct. You can clear this error for awhile but it will lead to an L6-10 code eventually. Have had a few do this.
