dont think i saw any maintainance codes will check again, i saw however that the MFP needed cyan and magenta toner, and simulation 26-38 was set to continue printing even when there is a maintainance, need to take a closer look at this problem today, it got me puzzled

If there has recently been a "maintenance required" message on the machine it may be "offline."

        two things to check:
        1. in the control panel, printers menu, right click on the sharp and make sure you dont see the "use printer online." it should say "use printer offline"
        2. if the printer says "offline" instead of ready next to it then go into the properties of the driver, go to the ports tab, click configure port, then uncheck the box that says "SNMP status enables" or something to that effect. it should go from offline to ready.

        Hope this helps.

think i found what the problem was, as i said previously the MFP needed Magenta toner, i hooked up my laptop again today on the MFP and noticed that when i tried printing in color, because there was no magenta toner it wont print, when i did a black print it worked,i found out the info in job status and concluded why it wont print, it was beyond me why it wont print, sometime its the little things that we take for granted are the issues, thanks for everyone's help appreciate it.
