you should get the manual from Sharp directly. Do you work for a official Sharp dealer? A simple web search will turn up the results you want in any case.

The corect error code is : U2-10
You dont have the SM ?To acces the SM you need to be Sharp autorizat or call a Sharp dealer.
I cant give you the acces codes. Sry
