Have you changed the charger as well or just the drum, normally worn charger unit.

This is caused by a LSU shutter which is either stuck open, has a broken spring, or is missing altogether. That line is the LSU firing and its normally blocked by a working (closed at the time) shutter.

Remove the drums & developing units. Remove each shutter unit (1 screw each) and check them. There was a known batch of shutters which had a molding problem and they would sometimes catch on the bottom of the developing tank next to it, because there was a small raised lip on the rear side. A quick sandpaper of the top of the shutter unit stops this from happening.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
