Sharp AL-1631 line near the bottom of copy

Replaced OEM Drum Assy, fuser in great shape. I Am getting a faint black line at the bottom of each copy, in the same position over and over, about an inch from the bottom.

I would start out with a sim 64-01 self print.

If it's absent from self prints you know it's optical.

If it's present on self prints it must be something in the engine. If here I would remove the drum and developing unit and wipe down any guides near the drum with a stretch & dust. Paper lint, or hair can be hard to find.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

How far apart are the lines? Do they go parallel to short or long side of the paper? How many copies are on the machine?

Faint lines on al series machine

I know this may sound crazy for a digital machine in the AL series, but IVE had a number of these print lines erracticlly which were eliminated when I thoroughly cleaned optics.
