      i too am looking for a service manual for the above forementioned copier. Mine blinks H and 2 tring to get a solution for it.

          Khan, sorry, no manual. But the codes are universal throughout the Sharp line.
          Saint, hold the start key to see the rest of the code. H2-00 is an open main thermistor (middle one), H2-01 is an open sub-thermistor (end one). In order of likelyhood check thermistors (~20M ohms @ room temp, actual value not critical), thermal switches (0 ohms), lamps (0.3 ohms). Good luck.
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      Sharp AR-5316 and Oliveti d-copia16w

                      Can anyone confirm for the consumables of Oliveti model: d-copia 16w and d-copia 20w. Is it possible to use the consumables of Sharp AR-5316/5320 by changing the CRUM destination code.
                      As Oliveti d-16w and Sharp AR-5316 are the same machine but toner cartridge cannot be used interchangable, Anyone could tell me why it is and its solution. As locally Olivetti toner cartridge not available here.
