Hello all,

I just serviced this Sharp MXM350 and everything worked out fine until customer says he wants the copies and prints delivered in the inner tray (area) of the machine, I found out that you can set this with the customer commands BUT as soon as I turn if off/ON again the copies or prints are delivered in the left tray again. Customer says it was "working fine" before servicing, which I didn't notice of course.

Any hints are welcomed
(by the way I read the SM back and forth and couldn't find any "permanent/defult" setting for this).

In the settings menu, under "Copy Function Settings" you'll find an option named "Initial Status Settings". In this sub-menu you'll find your output default settings to change the path to exit in the center tray. Hope this helps, good luck.
