Used on a large network. Since Friday, several times a day the machine stalls. When you check job status at controll panel job number one will just be flashing "waiting" and of course all the jobs behind it are held up. It's like the print server is failing to give the final command to print or something?
Of course the overpaid IT guy, (why are all of these guys such big jerks by the way) swears it's the machine and is unwilling to even try anything. He even refuses to use the Sharp drivers so they use an HP driver. But it has performed that way for over a year.
There are no other issues with the machine. When it stalls they have to reboot the machine and then everything runs fine for an hour.
I keep trying to tell him that I think someone is sending bad files to the printer but all he wants to do is argue about it.
Help! This is a major account.
