Call started with yellow shadow randomly covering copy. There was lots of yellow toner in waste box. I pm'd copier changing drums and developer. I also ran auto calibration in admin mode. Copier printed out calibration page but when i put the page on the glass in the right direction i get an error saying copier can not read test patch. I then did color calibrations and all went well until i ran 46-24 and copier kept saying place test patch on glass. Also copies look great on glass but when you go to print certain colors are way off.

I had one do the same thing when calibrateing. First look at the prim. xfer belt the transferroller on the back side became dislodged. Also when doing 46-24 make sure you are selecting factory . Hope this will help

Had this same issue on a 2700. I had PM'd the drums and dev but nothing else because visually they appeared fine. It was not until I had replaced the primary transfer belt that the machine would accept the output calibration page, despite no visual difference in the page before and after. I had also attempted to clean my optics with no success. My transfer belt counter was double the expected life at the time of this incident.

Thanks a bunch it was transfer belt. I have not torn it apart yet but replaced with one from another machine and worked fine.
