    Sharp AR-M201 Feint copies

    Hi Guys,

I have a few of these machines out and they generally seem ok, although i have one at the moment that has feint copies, a colleague of mine retoned the machine and all was good (for a week). With this machine not having a 25-2 mode, how can the toner density be set?
Networking skills are advantageous but use of a 3m vacuum cleaner is essential

Try setting TC 46-19 to a one.

There isn't a developer stir on this model. There's just one standard setting, and it works adequately on every bag of developer I've ever installed. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If you are sure the drum & dv are good, you might try wiping the surface of the toner density sensor.
