    Sharp ARM-355

What causes misfeeding in the lower left side of the large capacity paper feed drawer? Paper stops and can be removed by opening the lower door. The paper has just entered half of the way into the paper feed most of the time and other times there may be two sheets but similar to how I described above, however the second sheet is just entering he fuser section. I have replaced the paper feed rollers on the left side but it didn't fix the problem. I also cleaned the paper feed clutch but this did not help either. Any help appreciated, thank you.

    What jam code? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Whoa! I think I strained something. If my memory serves me it's: service mode > sim 22-3

Sorry, you'll have to open your manual for the first part. I can't do everything for you. =^..^=

You can print the misfeed with sim 23-2, you will have the jam code + time of jam .
