    mxb-402sc

    sppd1_s jams, machine was on a dirty power line, i had the customer install a dedicated line but now i have these jams. i have replaced dspf control board but no luck. any suggestions?

    That sensor is barley held in by the clips. Any jam removed backwards will knock the sensor out. Take the doc feeder apart and verify the sensor is seated properly.

      Under the paper feed cover (sec #5, item #2 of the parts guide) there is a pwb with several connectors with cables that barely reach. I had one where the connector was not fully seated
      and it gave all kinds of intermittent jams and/ or non operation.
