    Enter all the presets for the job. Right hand side of the touch panel, touch the arrow. One the the choices should be save as a favorite.

      Hi and thanks for the reply.

      I have already setup the preset buttons with all the other settings I need. What is not working as I need is the naming convention.

      If I set up the preset button it will always send the file as the name specified, so will overwrite the previous scan. I need each preset button to be prefixed with a code of my choice (ABC1_, ABC2_... etc) then have a unique identifier afterwards, preferably a date/time stamp.

      I hope this makes sense?

        If you go to the machine webpage under address book and click on the profile name I think there is an entry if you scroll down for file name prefix so you can edit it for each user that you want. Didn't get a chance to look yesterday and won't until later today to verify this.
