MX-6201 toner build up

A customer has two mx-6201 copiers both with the same firmware and running the same fusing temperatures. copier A is building up toner on the roller just above the fusing rollers, copier B is running fine and copier B is also the busier of the two.

Any ideas

We just had one doing the same thing. What we found was we did a complete black p<check the mag angle and doc blade gap. We then set the temps in sim 43 to the book values. They where way different . Since then the machine has worked well
