Does anyone have the SIM code to adjust the exposure. I have some of them like 61-2 that adjust the laser power. Is that the correct one ? Thanks for any feedback...

Nope. Use Gamma, 46-17. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The Xenon lamp adjusts in 46-2, but rarely needs adjusting. Gamma changes your developer bias. Warning if you crank Gamma too dark it will blow toner all over the machine.
It sounds like you're going the other way. The default is 64. +/-10% is typical.
