[CQ] problem in fax kit

hi all
i have 2 SHARP ARM550 AND I Have a fax kit i'm tried to install it .
in first machine after i installing the kit and card i can't send and receive i can not hear any tone of telephone line but if i receive call i can see message in printer screen
the second machine after i installed the kit i can hear the tone of line and can call and receive calls but when i tried to send fax i can not and i got this message"max number of jobs have been already reserved pleas wait"
but i can receive fax

Try to clear your memory with sim 66-10. Might check to make sure that the fax setup is for the correct country as well. What is your ROM version for the fax and machine?

after i cleared memory no thing change, i can't send message until now
how can change the setup to my country?,and how can fet the rom version?

no no i install the fax card and kit in one machine and when it did not work i move the card and kit to another machine

Test Command 66-2 will set your country code, and clear memory. TC 22-5 will give firmware version of fax.

after i tried to set my country i did't get my country in the list YEMEN
I tried to change the country to other1 after machine restart i see the code F6-21 ?

If the destination of the installed TEL/LIU PWB

The FAX PWB information (soft switch) differs.
Remedy:
Check the destination of the TEL/LIU PWB.

TEL/LIU PWB trouble

What country code did you input? Where did the fax kit come from? You may have to input the country code where the fax kit originated.

i enter the code all 1 but at the end i enter 101 like this 11111101

Yes, that is the code for middle and near east, if that's not working, try 11111011 for others.

i changed the code Australia the error code hide
now how can use the fax to send and receive ?
