replaced controler fan, reset error and still the same. Is there another item or assembly that could be causing this. Thanks

New (not scrap) working fan? Only the controller board.

You might try plugging the fan in in another location or another machine to see that it spins up, just as a final check.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

blackcat4866, yes the fan that i installed is new, but your suggestion about swapping with another fan location nailed it. When i swapped with HD cooling fan it was the hd fan that was bad. error code was for control fan. Thanks for reply.

Most Sharp fans have the same connector and the same voltage, so you can swap nearly any fan with any other for testing.

Congratulations. That was just plain luck that you hit on the right fan. Did you buy your lottery ticket on the way home? =^..^=
