Re: whats your opinion guys
If you have to use non original toners Katun are probably the best, however yeild is always less than original dispite what they claim. Fusing temp problems can also be a problem on card or thick paper.
Parts such as fuser rollers seem excellent, in some cases better than original. -
Re: whats your opinion guys
Haven't used the color toners but from past experience with B/W toners I would NOT recommend their use. Have had a plethora of problems and a cornucopia of customer complaints regarding CQ. Doubt if they have improved their product even with a change in management.
Good luck if you do try them.

Re: whats your opinion guys
Stay away from the toner and developer. All of it. Other parts perhaps. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: whats your opinion guys
I do not like Katun. I have seen their cleaning baldes come UNGLUED form the bracket several times. Of course when that happens it takes the drum with it usually. I will admit that I have a major problem with Katun in that we tried their drums (Kyocera) and found in all four attempts that they produced a dark background on the copies. I called Katun to ask them about it and the guy from tech. support said "You must be installing the drum wrong." "First thing: I think I know how to install a drum. Second: how many drums have YOU replaced?" Answer: "Well, none." I rest my case. Haven't used them since.Comment

Stay clear of them! It will bite you in the ASS! I know from experience. Maybe try it on Legacy models first ( older ARM's ) stay as far away as possible from color . The developer is too expensive to make that mistake!Comment
