2. CHECKING THE IP ADDRESS
There are several settings where the IP address must be entered or
checked.
To check the IP address of the machine, hold down the status button on
the network expansion kit at least 2 seconds to print out a Printer Setting List.
Caution: How to reset the network expansion kit
To reset the network expansion kit, power on the machine while
holding down the status button on the network expansion kit.
Network scanner destination information and scanning settings
will remain after the network expansion kit is reset, however,
the network settings and network printer settings will
revert to the factory default settings."You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" -- -

To check status - hold down printer status button (above USB B connector) for 2 seconds. Status page will print out with IP address.
To reset to factory defaults, hold down printer status button while powering up copier.
To set or change the IP address you'll need the NB3 software CD. Under Administrator Tools -> NICManager select the NB3 and click Print Server Card Setup, enter the password and go into TCP/IP settings.
These are quoted from the service manual, I don't have an NB3 on my remaining 207s - just a PRICOM3100.
I know it's not likely to help, these things are quite unfriendly to someone who doesn't happen to have the software CD, but good luck!
*Edit* got beaten to it by Zootech. That's what I get for being on the phone with Sharp support for over 20 minutes while diagnosing a machine problem and having this up with the text editor active. I'll leave this all here regardless...Cthulhu for president! Why settle for the lesser evil?Comment
