    MX2310 doc feeder drive motors

Something I ran across the other day that I hadn't seen here and thought I'd share. I had a 2310 that jammed in the DF most of the time. The first thing I checked was for a clear paper path and sensor ops. I pulled the back cover and noticed that the shock mounts on both drive motors were coming apart. I don't know if this is going to be a common problem, but there are a lot of machines both color and b/w that have the same DF. Just thought I'd mention it.
I know I should be ashamed of myself. Strangely though, I am not.

Thanks for the heads up! Haven't seen this yet but only have a couple of these units. DF is used across multiple generations I think so definitely something to be aware of.

      Thanks again.
