Hi DINGO, can you post an image of the problem?

ok mate, tomorrow in my office i do it.

but is easy, imagine a square into the A4 paper ok., all margins are parallels at paper.
so, when i print or copy is like i turn a litle the square into the paper, the margins no more are parallels.

      regards

It sounds as though your treating this as an optical skew ... but the Tiger can also paper skew in many ways.

        Look at this post: http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/sh...arp-450-a.html

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

                Hi Dingo,

How many copies does this machine have? Around 800k-1m the drive pack in these copiers tends to start failing and can cause skew and jamming from all trays.

Does that machine have a manual bypass tray? If so, copies are distorted from there also? How many copies on the machine? Have you checked for burs in the plastic guides leading to the PS rollers?

Definitely a paper skew. It's extremely common to have those registration roller bushings seize up. Good catch. =^..^=
