[CQ] MX-C311faded copies rear side

I Have a MXC311 that has faded copies on the rear side only. We replaced the transfer belt a couple of weeks ago. It has now returned. Any Ideas?

Those machines are known for collecting dust. If it is not the mirrors, replace the laser. Sharp will tell you to replace some AC board, per a bulletin. Don't do that I brought one in to my store and found 1/8" dust everywhere after pulling all panels and parts. I pulled the laser and cleaned the dust proof glass by hand which made an improvement. But we just upgraded to a newer machine so I don't know the final result.

I look after a good few of these machines and most are high volume. Nasty little pieces of kit.

The assembly the secondary transfer roller unit sits on warps.

All in all it's a 10 min fix.

Replace this assembly and your issue will be resolved
