AR-M550 Large Capacity Tray Feed Rollers...Neoprene?

    Hi all,
I went to a new customer's 550 and the LCC has what look like clear-ish, yellowish feed rollers. When I go to look them up, all I'm seeing are the standard looking, gray feed rollers.

    What am I missing?

    THANKS

Probably feed rollers from a Hercules machine; last longer with less jams. They are neoprene (sp?) material.

mx-850rt are hercules 850,950,1100 feed tires and are polymer type

ar-620rt are the 550,620,700 feed tires and are rubber.

the mx850rt work in the 550's and last longer, they also fit in alot of other machines

Do you switch the tire portion around or just install as is? I was just wondering since the MXM550 series feeds to the left and the MXM850 series feeds to the right. Have done this with some older rubber tires but was wondering if I needed to do this with the newer tires?

          Thanks for the info.

i just install them like like they are, if u think about it. on the herc's they feed to the right out of the trays, but in the lct the feed to the left but use the same tires through out. so shouldnt make any difference

dont know what the cost benifit would be for u or ur dealer, depends on what u can get either of them for. imo if a tire will last longer then u dont have to replace as much therefor saving $$$
