Our engg installed a new machine MX-M452N. When we switch on the machine there is no display at all. He opened the back cover and he found that the fan is rotating. In the MFP PWB there are 3 + 1 Green LEDs which is in ON condition. In PCU PWB the one green LED light is blinking continuously. In SCN PWB one green LED is on. He tried to remove all the RAMS, HDD cables and reinserted again. So far no improvement. What could be the reasons and how can we rectify this problem? Kindly suggest.

How many memory chips does it have and what dimm's are they in? Not sure how many for this machine but make sure they are installed correctly. Have had this issue with missing memory chips.

If the machine is silent for about a minute and THEN the fan kicks on, check for a bad DIMM on the MFP board.

When we switch on the fan runs after 30 seconds no display in the panels. But the standby led comes on.Comment

i have had a similar issue on an mx-4112 this had no display this turned out to be faulty hdd and on the printer pwb there was a sd card which holds firmware on the printer pwb as well check if it has one that will need to be replaced then update firmware to latest version including the watermark. hope this might help.Comment
