AR-M277 Original Size Detection Issue - Document Feeder

Have an AR-M277 which always detects EXTRA paper in document feeder. Automatic adjustment fails on WLT. When watching width sensor values it jumps from high to low to high again. Any ideas?

Sounds like you need to calibrate your DF, or replace a faulty sensor. Sim 53-6 is for RSPF guide calibrations.

Solved issue. Removed and reassembled guides/width sensor as we believe it was assembled incorrectly. SM doesn't help in that regard! Re-ran width adjustment and seems to have solved the issue.

We did, it doesn't detail the sensor/guide installation procedure.

Yeah, they were a little vague on just about everything in the older manuals.
