It may not have one, check with TC 22-10.

It is not running and is a junk machine...just trying to remove the HDD for security reasons and I am not trained on this machine.

If it has a HDD, it will be on the MFB pwb accessed by removing 5 screws where the doc feeder cable attaches.

the hard drive is accessed thourgh a side metal door on right side of machine. remove finisher/mailbin if it has one, then remove ribbed side panel by taking out the two screws/bolts that are sticking out, thin u will see a metal door that is removed with 1 screw . then one more screw behind that and the hdd will come out in a cradle.

if the copier is not a N model or did not have a print option installed it will not have a hard drive

Looking behind finisher and panel and no HDD...Thank you....I do have another machine [Sharp AR-337] looking behind back panel and not finding the HDD there either....Is that where it should be found?

The Cougar series had the HDD under the original glass.

On the Cougar (AR-337) you'll find the HDD under the lens cover.

                    On the Tiger:
(AR-M350 and AR-M350U) do not have the hard drive originally, unless added as an option (right on top of the MFP board).
(AR-M350N) will have the HDD on the MFP board out of the box.

Damn you Zootech. You did that on purpose, didn't you! Didn't you!

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
