Is there an image on the drum if you stop the machine during the copy process?

If yes then look at the transfer or the HV unit supplying the transfer charge.

If no image then look at the developer unit to verify the mag roller has a good brush of developer material on it.
Also check that the drum is turning, put a mark on the front flange of the drum and see if it moves when you try running a copy.
If these are good you may also check the drum ground and last it could be the LSU.

The only time I've gotten blank images on the Tiger or Jupiter it was caused by a damaged developing roller. The drive end had separated from the cylinder: the cylinder wasn't turning. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Since javier4065 hasn't really tried anything yet, I think the smart-ass response is most appropriate.

Thanks for stepping Bil. I missed the opportunity. =^..^=
