    Mag Roller

I imagine it could be a main drive problem. But its a lot more common to find the drive end of the mag roller twisted right off.

If you roll the mag roller with your thumb, you might not notice that drive coupler doesn't turn anything.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check the gear on the end of the mag roller. The flat spot is probably worn completely and the gear does not turn the mag roller. If you check by turning the screw that holds the gear on you will be fooled because this will turn the mag roller regardless of the gear being worn. I have seen this many times. It usually happens when the developer is not replaced when needed. If the gear is worn then ask yourself why is the unit binding. Use a pair of pliers to turn the gear, i'm sure you will find it is worn.

This happens to me when I'm trying to do too many things at the same time.

Call from customer, and break-in on the two-way, and customer talking to my back over my shoulder (dumbaxx!), and trying to fix something.....

Can everybody please just shut up for a second?!
