Konica vs Richo vs Sharp vs Cannon

I'm not a tech, we currently have two Konica's, a buzhub600 and a c652. We are looking at adding another copier/printer equal to the c652 without the color printing and would like input on the different manufacturers and how the machines and service are compared to Konica. Even if you do not have input but can direct me to company and product reviews it would be helpful. Thanks

KM made a bizhub 552 and a bizhub 652, which is the same engine as the C652 but black & white only. I've got one in the field, and it's extremely reliable. I like it a lot better than the 601 or 751 (the updated versions of the 600 and 750).

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'm pretty sure this site is un-biased, but I'm sure I'll hear about it if not.
