    [CQ] ARM256 / 316 weird CQ Issues

Hi all, Thought id run this one past you. I have weird CQ issue on a customers ARM256 which is still covered under our service agreement so basically need to be fixed lol..The problem is when doing a copy job the copy is terrible, covered from top to bottom with horrizontal lines through the image (left to right across an A4 portrate copy), I dont think its the LSU as this would give vertical lines (top to bottom down an A4 portrate copy) in the direction of its scan, but hey I could be wrong.
What also makes me beleive it is not an LSU problem is that if I print out a data sheet or an internal test image or even send a print job the image is fine
And before a lot of you jump up and start to point at the CCD unit or the lamp unit thay have already been changed and they made no difference what so ever. Personaly i am leaning towards the IMG pwb but i wanted to run it past you guys first before i order one.
I have attached a few example pics bellow, I know the print, data and internal images dont look fantastic but thats how they scanned, they are perfect in the flesh so to speak.
    Thanks in advance.....

It looks like you really didn't need to post. I think you're right on track with your IMG PWB theory. First thing I would check prior to ordering a board is just new ROM chips, rip them from a spare machine and try that.

Thanks for that Akitu, one thing I did for get to mention is that I have done a full firmware update which worked no problem
so I sort of rulled out firmware roms, the other thing it could have been was memory modules , but again it does not have any as its a basic usb
printer an no memory fitted to IMG board.

Occam's razor being what it is, the answer that requires the least amount of explanation is often the correct one, leads me to believe the IMG PWB should clear up your issue.

Had some issues with ribbon cables and the power supple cable to the lamp itself.
