What does your manual say? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

LOL....a model number might be nice also. My psychic powers have not shown any improvement over the years. Like most of my fellow techs---reluctant to give out service mode access but since a simple search in this forum yields this info anyway......most sharps use # - * - C - *. Don't know what good this info will do you if you don't even have the service manual to explain what each mode/adjustment does. You may end up doing more harm than good. Be smart and buy the manual online. They don't cost much anyway.

Get a sledgehammer and hit real hard...

And now for the serious part : you said that you're not a tech in your previous posts so I don't think you have anything to do there.

Its pretty easy if you aren't a tech..press 10 or 12 digits from your cell phone or land line and call a tech, then he/she will go deep in to simulation mode for you.

          solves!

          Regards
