Ar-m350 Can't Fax Out
My AR-M350 ,copies,printing and receive fax ok.But cannot sending fax.in data status is "busy".Anybody can assist me what to do.urgent

Is the fax line plugged into the handset port of the fax card? That's a common symptom. Be sure it's plugged into the Line port.
Also make sure that there is no special dialling required, i.e. 8-1-800-555-1212, or any dialled pauses neccessary to wait for the phone connection to be made. The simplest way to test this is to hook up your handset, and start dialling until you get a combination that goes through. Or if your getting failure messages from the phone company, you can hear them better on your handset (Like: "No long distance service has been selected").

4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Yesterday I have visited the customer and find out that the machine already can use.I've check the report,its show since 3.30pm the same day before its already works.I have touch nothing.its mean the telepon line or service provider have problem isn't it.
However this give me less job to do today.

press image send, on panel select speaker, then dial a number, ( I usually call my cell phone). this will rule out your fax card on machine. possible problems, The fax your sending to, line noise, multipurpose lines. these machines like a dedicated line. Check voltage of Phine line itself. also check the JOB Status and clear it out, and do an IMAGE CLEAR from the service mode. it is possilbe one fax job is holding it up.Comment
