Hi Guys,
I have 1 of these finishers out in the field and i got called to this mc with F1-08 on the display. When i got there the stapler unit had come out of position (the white wheel underneath came out of socket) i managed to get it back in and the code disappeared although when doing stapled sets it would occasionally miss a couple of sheets.
I found a flimsy piece of metal in the finisher that looked like it was off the stapler but could not see a place for it. Im sure this could be the issue but does any one have a pic of a stapler unit in its full glory? (prior to this it was OK)
Also after looking at other issues regards to mis-stapling im going to fit these parts
