this is a fairly new machine with a 100k on the clock. 5 months old
recently customer has noticed it stopping in the middle of a copy job saying please wait and then eventually the screen shuts off and wont turn back on. you can hear the fans still running. so then the customer has o turn off from the main switch and back on. once its turned back on it tells you to remove a paper jam in the registration area. paper just stops at the registration
very unusual
i have updated the firmware. there is no HDD installed on this machine.
