If it's coming from tray 1 then it may be the entire drive pack. They'll typically run about a million copies or so before it starts to wear down and give misfeeds and page wrinkling. The more detail you can give the more we can help.

Check the fuser entry guide. Have seen a lot of this happen if the guide is not set correctly!

i have some of this issue, and my problem was in teh fuser unit.
try test with another fuser unit.
and, if the issue is in the fuser unit, chek like bilyah said.

How many copies the copier has been made?
Most of my customers more that million pages for Jupiter1 and2 series has been made, and still running like new.The important parts that i must change even they still look like in good condition.
Maintenance for every 500k pages~ fusing kit, delivery unit.
For every 1000k pages- main drive unit (or clutches, service, lubricate for cut cost), developer unit, ps unit.
