need urgent help I can not get in to sim mode AR5316 !!

That is the correct way to enter simulation. Sometimes the gear on the toner motor will break on similar models. When you enter sim 10 there is no sub code the toner motor just starts to turn, you can watch it with the front door open and TD cartridge removed. There are a couple of other things that cause light copies in this model. Clean the laser glass very well , it picks up quite a bit of dust for some reason. Also on the T/C unit sometimes there is grease built up on the small springs that contact the main transfer contacts. Also have had problems with springs going missing if someone has taken the transfer unit apart. And the very last is the charge unit will get dirty depending on the environment it is in. At 30K you should of also replaced the drum. If you just rebuilt it I would look at the charge unit first.
