I went out on a new call for blurry copies .. seems typical call...Wrong. 1.4-1.6 pts it starts to look washed outit looked as thou the drum had water contamination.solids are black with no background. So far here is what i have done.cleaned optics, clean laser lense, cleaned transfer coro,replaced drum, replaced toner cart, did a code 48sub01 . no changes.any ideas is there a manual focus adjust ment i can try? it does look like the magnification is off by 10% (tryied that adjustment too but when it didnt change anything ,i put it back)
