how many pages has been made for color and black?
Have you change main corona, developers, primary transfer belt.
Better you upload some samples for us.

I would try a complete calibration. Also when you do the 67-24, I try to use good paper like Hammermill 28 lbs 96 bright and within this TC you should redo the steps 4 times. I am not sure if you typed the wrong TC but I would do TC 46-24 when I do TC 67-24.

If you do not have a manual, you should get one. Sharp lists the necessary steps and the sequence that they should be done in. Sharp also gives maintenance counters for each unit. So you may be doing color PM today and next week or next month it will need a black PM, pri transfer kit, fuser kit etc. Color and black PM are not the same on Sharp copiers. Color for this copier is 60K and black is 100K and other units are higher.
