[CQ] M451U hot roll repeat high density image of copied on the paper

the problem of copy quality due to hot roller dirty recently appear on the my machine
in effect , the pattern of image(not text document) fall incorrectly near the correct data of image printed out the machine but with more pale than original
I remove out the fuser unit then I saw exactly dirty on the position of hot roller (half of roller) and after i wipe out the dirty (toner attached to roller) then I print one page copy (Image) , unhopefully I saw that the problem disappear only on the first page and after 2 or 3 file of image send to print , the copy quality problem reappear exactly on the section of previous .
please help me about troobleshooting this problem , Do you think it is time for replacing hot roller or I could repair the roller that looks sound (other than sections of dirty)

Replace the roller or whole fuser unit; your symptoms indicate it is out-of-round.

I have budget constraint , please suggest any more information or repair instruction for this problem
My hot roller is replace recently
and in iran the parts not original cost more than worldwide common cost
