We have a Sharp AR5520N that is producing faint copies. Tried the normal things, replaced drum and dev, replaced side door/transfer unit. The copies are as if the machine is in toner save mode. Have checked the settings as per manual. Using Genuine consumables. Would appear to be transfer related as image on drum appears to be good, Does this on both copy and print. Any ideas please?

I've encountered thesame trouble. The machine was installed only three moths and the counter is only 3K replace the consumables, transfer, main charge even the DV unit but no success.I replace the main board the problem resolve. Hope this will help... -

Have you try clean the td sensor before change the dv? Must do that and run sim 25-02. Many peoples think that this model no need to run sim 25-02 after dv changed.Comment
