i have the same problem with a range of machines...

it works fine for a while, and one day suddenly starts to curl and block...

only solution we have is to place a book or something in de tray, so the paper doesnt fall that high

Change the 4 foam rollers on the exit rollers

2 x PSPO-0018FCZZ

2 x PSPO-0017FCZZ

the sponge with 3 x holes goes on the outside and the ones with 2 holes go on the inside two.

this cured my problem.

this solved the issue, installed it on a bunch of machines and no more problems.

Does the MX-5112/MX-5141/... series have something similar i can use? Because there you have 6 sponges...

I had a tech that was pulling off those foam rollers on every machine he went to. My boss and him were saying to lower temperatures and increase motor speeds and were not ordering the modified foam rollers for some reason. obviously those are just work arounds that can cause more problems than just replacing the sponge. Needless to say now all those machines have the modified sponges. They are more important that people realize I guess.
