[Dead] arm355 keeps shutting down

customer called says machine keeps "rebooting", went to service, runs fine without patch cord, as soon as u hook back up,keeps shutting down. anyone ever seen this? i checked all the obvious stuff.....?????????????

Look at my thread "weird arm455 problem" It seems to be an issue with a print job. The hard part if it is a big place is finding which computers print que to clear out. Akitu said to flash the machine, as of yet I havent made it back to this customer to do this yet but it is on the list.

Ilky has the right answer. There was a firmware update to correct the issue of a corrupt print job resetting the machine over and over again. Update your firmware and kill the offending print job to resolve your problem.

thx, will give it a shot next time at cornell, suprized their "it" guy didnt find this...lol..."they checked, said it was our machine"
