    Sharp AR 337

    I believe the error code on this copier is an E7-01; can this be corrected by another simulation code I tried I believe 14 didn't work; or by cleaning the connections to the 2 parts which are not communicating. Help would be appreciated with this as well as location of the two parts.

      Problem with the ICU PWB Simm. This is located in the metal housing under the platen on the right hand side. You can try reseating the connectors and the memory chip to see if this resolves the problem.

          This error condition is usually fatal. Too expensive for the ICU, or you just can't get a replacement. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
