MX-4101N with repeating image (black only)

I've got an MX-4101N that repeats the black image. I've replaced the drum, which seems to help for a little while but it eventually comes back. I've also replaced the charge assembly and transfer belt, but it still eventually comes back. Does anybody know why?

At what interval does the image repeat? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I've encountered a excess toner (K) in the DV unit sometimes shadows the image and if pass to fuser it looks like double image.

Mayhaps your transfer belt is not making proper contact with the cleaning assembly while staged for black?

I replaced the entire drum unit. Since I did replace the drum in doing this, the problem went away again. I'll post again if the issue comes back.

So, do you think it was a drum cleaning issue? Blade, charge memory, or charge cleaning?

No pressure, just your opinion. =^..^=
