[CQ] sharp mxm 3140 web issues

i have a 3140, new last fall, web doesnt seem 2 b advancing, had the whole fuser replaced by sharp in nov. customer called back other day, solinoid activates,cam roller, levers free,springs ok (manually) works fine,anybody run into this problem b4.....................)

Do a search, this has been mentioned in the Sharp forum very recently, and somewhat frequently...

Check bulletins, believe there was a bulletin in late January for design change.
